1. Who we are

TRXKLCC ("we", "us", "our") operates trx-klcc.com, a website presenting curated luxury condominium and corporate office listings across Kuala Lumpur's TRX and KLCC districts. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

2. Legal basis

We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By submitting an enquiry or otherwise providing information through this site, you consent to the processing described in this policy.

3. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide directly — when you submit the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp, we (or our form-processing provider, see Section 5) receive your name, email address, phone number, the property you're interested in, and any message you write.
• Information collected automatically — like most websites, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry about a specific listing or district
• Share relevant availability, pricing, or viewing arrangements
• Improve the accuracy and usefulness of this site

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell it.

5. Third parties involved in processing your enquiry

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us using Formspree, a third-party form-processing service — your submission is transmitted to and briefly handled by Formspree in order to reach our inbox. If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours. This site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering the site to you.

We do not share your enquiry details with property developers, agents, or any other party unless you ask us to on your behalf, or we're required to by law.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of the interaction, and no longer than needed for that purpose. You may ask us to delete your information at any time — see Section 8.

7. Security

This site is served entirely over HTTPS, and any data we do store is held on Cloudflare's infrastructure with access restricted to authorised administrators only. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect the information you share with us.

8. Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent to further processing
• Ask us to delete your data

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, with the "Last updated" date above revised accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
